The Tenncom Group has been serving the business community since 1994. The companies that encompass the group
include: PEO Pros: A brokerage dedicated to finding quality HR services for small to medium-sized employers by placing them with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in a co-employment situation. Stenn Solutions, Inc: An insurance agency dedicated to supplying custom quality insurance products to PEOs and Payroll Service companies, such as Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Health Benefits and other property and casualty lines. Our staff combines years of experience from insurance, PEO, employee leasing and other related fields to support our goal to assist businesses. Our Team Leaders Kathleen Tenney is president of Tenncom Business Solutions, Inc. Her specialty is customer service and Medical Benefits. Kathleen is a successful Medical Records technician (licensed MRT), with 6 years of experience at Hospitals and Hospice. She has many years of experience in the Workers' Comp and Employee Leasing (PEO) fields. Kathleen is the co-owner of The Tenncom Group. She is a member of NAWIC, the National Association of Women in Construction. 
Augie Buffa is the president and owner of I-surance, our partner health agency. Augie has several years of
experience in the health insurance industry and a proven track record of finding the right solution for employers.Augie handles all of our health insurance issues, whether it be with a PEO or not. Augie and his team do a great job with our clients now and we are very confident that they will continue to do so with all of our future clients. 
Ruby Barnes is our Southeast Program Manager. She shuttles between homes in Lakeland, FL and Nashville, TN. Her
experience in construction and the mortgage industry lend well to the HR and employee benefits side of our business."I believe in PEOs because we always used their services in my previous companies." Ruby tells us. "It makes it SO much easier when you don't have to worry about the day to day drudgery of dealing with employee issues. It's nice to know that I'm helping people build their businesses without having to fret over the problems." 
Adam Marcus has joined us as a Sales Associate. Adam is a
consummate sales professional, having built up and sold his own business, attended business college and had other successful
sales positions, and all by the age of 19!Adam is in charge of the Central FL region PEO brokerage, and is working towards a degree in Hotel Administration from Valencia.  Jason Cutter is the manager of PEO Pros Midwest. His offices are in Cinicinnati, OH and Lexington, KY.
Jason is a former airline pilot and still works for Flight Safety International as a contract instructor. He
has been working with us since 2001. Jason operated his own business for 7 years while working with us a partner.PEO Pros Midwest currently serves the midwest portion of the country, focused on the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois.  John William "Will" Tenney
is the CEO of Tenncom Group Insurance. He is a former airline pilot and software engineer."John or Will?" His dad was John Richard Tenney and went by Jack. To avoid confusion, his family referred to John William as "Will." His Dad introduced him to the PEO industry, so if you know him as Will, you probably met him in that industry or through a family acquaintance. He is a licensed insurance agent by the state of Florida, E155183, and several other states on a non-resident basis: Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, New York, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Utah to name a few. John Will's previous experience as a insurance auditor/trainer launched his career serving PEOs for their Workers' Comp needs.
